Returns & Refunds
1. Eligibility for Returns
Time Frame: Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
To qualify for a refund, we must receive an email notification from you within 14 days of receiving the product(s).
Condition: Products must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, unaltered, unopened and with all original packaging and tags intact.
Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Customised Products: Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned.
Sale Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns where it is deemed either by ourselves or by the product manufacturer that product misuse has occurred.
3. Return Process
Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@eco-loving.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorisation number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the item and place a new order for the desired product.
5. Refunds
Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified whether your refund has been approved. If approved, we will process your refund within 14 business days.
Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
The refund issued will include the amount of the original product(s) purchased minus shipping fees. If an item is returned used or damaged, we will return the item to you at your own cost without a refund.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
Reporting Issues: If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving the product(s) at support@eco-loving.com with your order number and details of the issue.
Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement and cover any associated shipping costs.
Items claimed as faulty may be returned to us for testing, and if no manufacturing defect is found to be present, these items will be returned to you at your own cost.
7. Sustainability Commitment

Eco-Friendly Packaging: We use eco-friendly packaging materials and partner with sustainable shipping services whenever possible. Additionally, we may reuse packaging materials to further reduce our environmental impact.
